Locally sourced, biodegradable bath products and a coffee-pod recycling and composting program highlight the hotel's commitment to supporting local artisans and reducing waste.

Since 2023, the rooftop of Hotel Ruby Foo's has hosted a vibrant urban farm managed by MicroHabitat. This space grows vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers without harmful chemicals, producing approximately 300 pounds of crops annually. These harvests are shared equally between the hotel's employees and local food banks, enhancing food security and community well-being.
